Landscape photographs

I have finally found the time to get some of the landscape photographs off my camera and onto the computer. Both Photographs are taken in the early more light, with just a bit of fog hovering around. Spring has arrived early this year as you can see with the brown/reddish/orange catkins on the trees above.

I should have them up on Red Bubble, Image Kind and Untapped Source in the next couple of days.

Gyroscope ~ Abstract

I have been wanting to create a piece with more detail but not so much it takes me a week to Render it. I came up with this, though I don't have the depth quite the way I was hoping for, it is a start. For some reason I was thinking of those Gyroscopes, you know the ones you see in the movies, fancy devices that keep what ever craft you were in from spinning off into the unknown.
So here is my abstract version.

A Close up and of course these pieces are best seen very large!

Spinnging Disks Abstract

Some times a piece is hard to put a background on and this is one of them. So I did one in white and another in black, added close ups too.
These pieces look best very large.

I have gone from doing Fabric like textures to dinner ware or maybe it could be wall paper? One of the fun things about Abstract creations.

Tabby on Sofa WIP 11

Finally found some time to work on this painting! Have started on the toy she is laying next to, adding more and more layers of color wash. Adding more and more detail to her face and body. The close up below, is pretty close to the color she will be when finished.

And I think I have figured out a name for this painting, "Urban Jungle", kind of just popped into my head.

Crochet ~ Abstract

Following my textile theme, here is my latest creation, called, "Crochet". Some thing maybe your Grandmother knitted with skilled hands, to grace the dinning room table.

Below is a small close up, though as always, my digital abstract creations are best seen large.

Belgian Lace ~ Abstract

I love Belgian Lace, handmade, delicate master pieces of incredible beauty. So I decided to create this piece because of my love of this textile.

As with most of my Abstracts, it is best seen Close up. Here is a small slice so you can see the detail a little better.
