Gesso ~

Feel the need to create Art but what to do when ones body does not want to play nice?

Well for a start, paint black Gesso on a couple of canvases.

They need to be sanded and one more layer applied.

Then I need to figure out what I want to paint on them.

Usually not at a loss as to what to paint, this time I am. 

So I do a landscape, Abstract, or ?

Make Art ~

Pencil Art ~

Decided to hold off working on Rose's painting and work on the pencil Eye and Face of Dyfra, 

that still needs to be completed. 

Doesn't look like an hours worth of work though.

I Kind'a had help.
Rose had to come see what I was doing, She layed down very close to me and held my hand in her paws a few times... then would fall asleep... I would choose another pencil and again she held my hand and fell back asleep....... swear she was trying to make me take a nap.

She always knows when I have trouble breathing and tries her best to make me better.

Art desk is freed ~

My Art Desk became my Med Desk for over a year.

Figured I might want to clean it up before the surgery.

That way, maybe, just maybe, I can work on the paintings that have been sitting around for awhile.

Tired of all the Theft ~

 I live with a chronic illness. The only thing I can do is my Art.

But I am at the point, I am thinking of giving up on that.

Why one may ask? 

Well, because of the amount of theft of of my hard work.

Latest is the Alaska Icelandic Horse club. They have been using and selling, my black silhouette that I "used" to sell, that comes from my original painting of the Icelandic mare I owned, Elska.

Called them out on it, and they have blocked me and have refused to remove it.

I just don't understand the mentality.

Sure, lets rip off a sick persons, only means to make money. 

Because you know, we are not human and never have any bills to pay.

Just tired of all of it and it drains me,

 of what little energy I have.
